Who can take part
The promotion is for new customers of the diamondsky.lv online shop. A new customer is one whose registered account has no orders yet. Carts abandoned halfway through checkout do not count as orders. Orders count even after they have been cancelled or returned.
How to get the code
- Enter the email address that is in your DIAMOND SKY account, or the one you will use when creating it.
- Read these terms and the privacy policy and confirm that you agree.
- Press «Get the discount». The code appears on the screen and we also send it by email.
If you do not have a DIAMOND SKY account yet, create one with the same address — otherwise the code will not work. The code is tied to the address given when it was issued and does not work in an account with a different address.
One address gets one code. If the code expires unused, you can get a new one after 30 days.
How long the code is valid
The code is valid for 7 days from the moment it appears on the screen. The order must be placed before that time runs out.
How to use it
Log in to your DIAMOND SKY account with the address the code was sent to before placing the order. Without logging in the discount is not available.
Enter the code in the cart in the «Discount code» field. The code can be used for one order. There is no minimum order value. The 10% is calculated from the current prices of the goods, including sale prices, but it cannot be combined with other discount codes.
What the discount does not cover
- DIAMOND SKY gift cards;
- the gift wrapping service;
- delivery.
Other
The code cannot be given to another person, sold or exchanged for money.
Taking part in the promotion does not limit your right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. On return we refund the amount actually paid for the goods, that is, with the discount applied. If you return part of the order, the discount on the remaining goods stays. A used code is not restored.
We need the address you gave to issue and send the code. We keep it for two years from the date of issue so that we can see that this address has already had a code. Marketing emails go only to those who signed up for the newsletter separately.
DIAMOND SKY may change the terms or end the promotion. Codes issued earlier work under the terms that were in force when they were issued.
