When you buy from the DiamondSky.lv online shop, you may withdraw from the order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To use this right, send a notice to SIA Black Diamond Group — simply fill in the form below. The deadline is met if the notice is sent before it expires.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- piercing jewellery — for reasons of hygiene;
- jewellery made to individual order;
- items with signs of wear, damage, or without tags and packaging;
- gift cards.

- Get your money backOur jewellers check the returned item and we refund it the same way the order was paid.
