The piece you like is out of stock right now? We make many Diamond Sky models ourselves, so you can order one even when it is out of stock. This section is called Made to Order — we will make the piece for your order.
How to order
- On the product page choose the colour and size you need. If the model is not in stock, a «Made to Order» mark appears next to the price.
- Add the piece to the basket — ordering works exactly like buying an item in stock.
- Choose the payment and delivery method that suits you and complete the order.
How long it takes
The piece itself is assembled in a few hours. The time goes into getting the materials from the supplier, so we allow up to 10 working days for making it — usually it is faster. Once it is ready, the order goes out by the delivery method you chose.
If you bought items that are in stock together with a Made to Order piece, we send everything in one parcel once the piece is ready. If you want the stocked items sooner, write to us and we will split the shipment.
The price will not change
The price is fixed at the moment you place the order. Even if the model becomes more expensive while it is being made, you pay the amount you saw at checkout.
If we cannot make it
Returns and exchange
A Made to Order piece comes from our regular collection and is not made to an individual design. The same return conditions apply as for items in stock: you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving your jewellery.
