GUARANTEE
1. The buyer has the right to refuse the ordered Goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Return of the Goods is possible only if the Goods have not been used, its appearance, consumer properties, original packaging, seals and tags (if any) and a document confirming the purchase of this good from the Seller are preserved;
2. If the buyer refuses the Goods, according to paragraph 1, the Seller pays the full cost of the returned goods, excluding the cost of delivery of the goods and additional services, but no later than 14 days;
3. According to the law on the Protection of Consumer Rights, the Seller has the right to refuse the buyer to accept the goods back or pay compensation if the goods are returned used or damaged, not in the original packaging, the packaging is seriously damaged, the seals or tags are broken on the goods, traces of use are visible, such as scratches , traces of sweat, pollution and other defects;
4. The Buyer has the right, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, to exchange the purchased goods for a similar one, if this product does not satisfy the Buyer with its dimensions, style, color, shape, size or configuration, provided that the appearance of the Goods, consumer properties and its original packaging, protective film and product was not in use. For the delivery of a similar product, the Buyer will be charged an additional fee;
5. In case of non-compliance of the goods with the description on the page of the online store, the Buyer has the right to refuse to purchase the goods and the Seller undertakes to return the cost of the Goods to the Buyer within 14 days after receiving a written application from the Client certified by his signature;
6. The funds are returned to the Buyer in the same way that the client used when paying for the Order, or after a written application from the Client. Funds can be transferred to the details specified by the Client, provided that the Seller has such an opportunity;
7. The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality of the goods during the exercise of the right of withdrawal;
8. The buyer, returning the goods, must present a document confirming the purchase. The consumer can return the goods within 14 calendar days. If the Consumer wants to return a product that does not comply with the terms of the distance agreement, then, according to Regulations No. 631 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia, the Consumer must fill out a return form and transfer the product in full;
9. The buyer is obliged to immediately report defects in the goods, but no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the order;
10. www.diamondsky.lv has the right to refuse to accept the returned goods and not to return the money if the goods had the signs indicated above;
RETURN PROCEDURE
1. It is necessary to fill out the return form, which can be found HERE;
2. Goods in original and undamaged packaging must be delivered or sent only to the address of the Diamond Sky store: Riga, Krisjana Valdemara st. 149, office 205. You can also send the return to the Omniva parcel machine at this address: Krisjana Valdemara st.112. Returns in any other way will not be accepted.
3. Returning or exchanging the goods, the buyer assumes the risk of transportation. The maximum costs may be around 5 euros (depending on the type and weight of the goods) or the value indicated by the courier service provider.
4. In the event that the buyer decides to refuse a product that is already in the process of delivery and has not yet been delivered, the buyer will be responsible for paying for the return. The minimum return cost is 4 Euro + VAT. per parcel and may be more depending on the courier service provider.
5. In case of goods return, the price for transportation / delivery is not returned.
6. In case of goods return, the price for additional services (for example: gift wrapping) is not returned.
7. Money for the returned goods will be returned to you by bank transfer to the account specified in the return form within 14 business days. When paying with a bank card, the funds will be returned to the same bank card.
WARRANTY IS NOT APPLIED IF:
1. There are damages that appeared on the product due to the fault of the user (the product is scratched or bent), the wrong chemicals were used to clean the product;
2. If the product has mechanical or chemical damage; changes have been made to the design of the product; the product has damage caused by contamination of the product;
3. If the product was used for other purposes or in any other way the instructions for using the product were ignored.
4. The right to refuse the goods cannot be exercised in cases that are not covered by the warranty and which are listed above, as well as if the tag has been removed or the packaging of the goods has been removed or damaged.
